_c_v_p_c_s is normally invoked by _c_v_p_c_s_d and, after performing the security
checks described in _c_v_c_o_n_n_e_c_t(_1_m) serves as a debug server for the
various visible components of the WorkShop Debugger (_c_v_d) and the
WorkShop Performance Analyzer (_c_v_p_e_r_f).

----llll Disables validation using ._r_h_o_s_t_s files.
----LLLL Enables logging of successful requests, as well as unsuccessful
ones, via _s_y_s_l_o_g_d(_1_M).
----dddd Run in a debugging mode. Security checks of _c_v_c_o_n_n_e_c_t are bypassed;
the server runs with the user identity of whoever starts it. A port
number is printed out during startup, which must be provided as a
negative number to _c_v_d as the ----ppppccccssssnnnnuuuummmm parameter. Only useful for
SGI support functions.
